Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

Please note that refunds paid for the service are non-refundable due to the nature of our digital products and services. Once the service has been rendered, it cannot be reversed or returned, thus making refunds unfeasible.

If a customer has placed an order, made payment, and during the discussion of a custom order decides to cancel its realization, we accommodate cancellations and offer refunds. However, it's important to note that orders can only be canceled prior to the manager initiating work on them. Once the order has entered the production phase, cancellation becomes impractical.

If a project has been initiated but the work remains incomplete, customers still have the option to request a refund. However, in such instances, a deduction of 15% will be applied to cover the compensation for the time invested and the resources utilized, including both machinery and human resources. We aim to ensure fairness and transparency in our refund process, acknowledging the efforts exerted despite the project's discontinuation

1.2 Improper fulfillment of the order or provision of incomplete services

However, if you believe that a service has been rendered in bad faith or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours after such service has been rendered via the Contact Us form or send us an email. In the letter, be sure to describe the claim in detail and include photo/video materials for review.

In the event that no communication is received within 48 hours subsequent to the provision of services, we will interpret this as confirmation that our obligations have been satisfactorily fulfilled. Timely feedback is pivotal for us to address any concerns or rectify potential discrepancies promptly. Hence, we kindly urge all clients to reach out within this timeframe should they require further assistance or have any inquiries regarding the services provided.
